What type of story?  Character Story because whole story was focus on her (Louise Mallard) reaction about husband's death.

 

Aspects of plot:

Exposition:         Hearth trouble information, train accident

Initial incident:  When they tell her about bad news.

Rising action:    Whole bunch of events between initial incident and climax

Climax:               She feels she has Goddess of Victory

Falling Action:   Between Climax and Denouement

Denouement:    Brentley came back and alive

Conclusion:       Doctors says about her “ She died of heart disease- of joy that kills.”

Protagonist:  Louise Mallard = Round, dynamic character

Antagonist :   Her marriage to Mr. Bently Mallard

Point of view : Third person, Limited omniscient.

Type of ending: Suprise Ending 

Theme    :  A person living a life of repression due to society expectations may celebrate a moment of freedom as a chance for individuality. If this situation is actually a misunderstanding, the result may be catastrophic.
